My name is Kelsey McKenzie and I am a student at California State University Fullerton. Currently, I am double majoring in graphic design and photography and hope to graduate in Spring 2021. I have explored a number of mediums including drawing, painting, 3-D art, glassblowing, traditional photography, digital photography, typography, graphic design, collage, and digital mediums. I hope to stretch my experience to new levels in addition to this. Photography allows me to shed light on areas that I feel need to change and are important such as animal rights, pollution, climate change, discrimination, and poverty. My biggest goal is to fulfill client needs and create sustainable products for the future. My particular interest is in eco-friendly packaging design. I aim to switch more and more companies over to creating low-waste or zero-waste packaging for their products. I strive to design for the greater cause and design backing good intentions that suits the diversity of humanity. Currently, I am working to create logos and posters for companies that I volunteer for such as LA Animal Save, Animal Alliance Network, and Grey Save. My work is based in Los Angeles, California. Hopefully in the near future, I can work with more companies that hold the same ethics as I do. I am always looking for new challenges and exploration.
